Why a card and not a screenshot
A spec that lives in a screenshot is unreadable at thumbnail size, carries whatever else was on screen, and tells nobody whose build it is. A card is legible small, credits you by name, and looks the same every time you post one — which is most of what makes a feed of specs look like a body of work rather than a camera roll.
Nothing here is stored. The card is generated from what you typed and handed straight to you.
One card is easy. Two hundred is the problem
“Have worked in 5 different bars… and with that new recipes are learned and old ones are always forgotten.” A card fixes the one spec in front of you. It does nothing for the eighty you half-remember, the ones on laminated sheets in no particular order, or the version you dialled in last summer and can’t reconstruct.
That’s what the app is for: every spec you’ve ever poured in one searchable book, batched, scaled, and exportable — built for the trade and for anyone whose recipes are scattered.
